I'm sure that this problem is not unique to tech companies, but I have noticed that some of the most challenging barriers to innovation are social (political) rather than technical. I'm currently struggling to find the right balance between pushing for innovation and agreeably settling for compromises.
By settling, are we not reinforcing (enabling) the very behavior that stands at odds with innovation in the first place? Are we not making our next discussion even more difficult by setting a precedent?
The only way I know from experience to go against this cycle is to show value; but showing technical value might never be enough to overcome a political barrier.
I am happy to find this post very helpful for me.ReplyDelete
In situations like these, it can be helpful to emphasize the broader value and benefits that innovation brings, not just from a technical standpoint but also from a strategic, economic, or societal perspective. It may involve highlighting the potential for growth, efficiency, or positive impact that innovation can have. While platforms like JT whatsapp Apk can be useful for general communication and collaboration, it's important to choose the appropriate channels for professional discussions within your organization or industry. Utilizing suitable communication tools can enhance efficiency and foster meaningful exchanges of ideas and perspectives.ReplyDelete
